Key Responsibilities

  • •Safely install, maintain, calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair equipment including valves, gauges, meters, tanks, pumps, steam boilers, heat exchangers, and air compressors.
  • •Troubleshoot and conduct minor repairs on dry bulk conveyor and environmental control equipment (baghouse/dust collectors) and heavy equipment such as track mobiles, loaders, trucks, and telehandlers.
  • •Complete maintenance documentation and recordkeeping; use computers for communications, training, maintenance tracking, and inventory purposes.
  • •Follow all company safety rules and attend assigned operations and safety training; coordinate with Operations to minimize operational impacts.
  • •Perform periodic visual inspections of tanks and equipment and complete required reports/notes in daily logs, including handwritten or electronic entry.

Key Requirements

  • •High school degree (or equivalent).
  • •2-year degree or technical school degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Corrosion (or equivalent combination of school, training, and experience) is preferred.
  • •Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • •Meet criteria to obtain and maintain a Transportation Workers Identification Card (TWIC) as required by USCG/DHS regulations.
  • •Basic computer skills for email, inventory accounting, and entering repair work orders; good oral and written communication.
