Key Responsibilities

  • •Form and operate a cross-functional squad with Forward Deployed Engineers and local IT/global vertical stakeholders.
  • •Shape and execute OE demand by matching reusable building blocks to OE pain points and securing funded engagements.
  • •Steer multiple engagements in parallel across the full lifecycle, transferring patterns and lessons to accelerate next delivery.
  • •Own build-to-run handover to global service or local IT teams, ensuring run involvement during delivery.
  • •Maintain the OE relationship after go-live and prepare structured communications and decision papers for senior stakeholders up to CTO and Board level.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in business, management, technology, or a related field and experience steering delivery or programmes in a larger organization.
  • •Be senior enough to lead discussions with OE leadership and Head of IT, with enough technical depth to shape and cut scope honestly.
  • •Strong stakeholder management and ability to frame business roadmaps and prepare clear decision materials for executive audiences.
  • •Experience translating business problems into delivered software, ideally in insurance or other regulated environments.
  • •Fluency in English (written and spoken), with familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms (advantage).
