Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead or support airfield infrastructure design tasks including runways, taxiways, aprons, pavement, grading, and stormwater systems.
  • •Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and bid documents in compliance with FAA, state, and local standards.
  • •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subconsultants including structural, electrical, and geotechnical design groups.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related) plus 6+ years of progressive civil engineering experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.
  • •Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6–12 months.
  • •Previous experience working on airport projects (e.g., Part 139 airports, FAA-funded projects).
  • •Strong working knowledge of FAA design criteria and engineering standards, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite.
