Oversee the histology lab and Signatera tissue-prep workflow—supervising day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and timely lab testing results, and maintaining quality control and quality assurance documentation. Lead, train, and mentor histology personnel while monitoring daily workflow and staffing across shifts. Research and resolve production errors, support continuous process improvements, maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, and perform bench work as needed.
