Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and communicate the Core Platform product strategy and roadmap with Engineering and Product leadership.
  • •Prioritize foundational investments and make trade-offs explicit across customer impact, technical risk, effort, and architecture.
  • •Lead product discovery for technically complex problems with enterprise customers and internal customer-facing teams.
  • •Drive scalability and reliability work across the execution engine, including worker pools, distributed execution, and trigger reliability.
  • •Plan and deliver major platform releases and align the Core team with Product, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Support using clear success measures.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in Product, including 2 to 3 years on platform, infrastructure, developer-facing, or backend/API products.
  • •Credible technical depth to reason about distributed systems, execution models, and reliability/scalability trade-offs, especially with non-functional requirements.
  • •Proven delivery of cross-team technical initiatives with real delivery risk, ideally involving migrations or breaking changes.
  • •Ability to prioritize under ambiguity by making trade-offs explicit and linking foundational/technical-debt work to customer and commercial outcomes.
  • •Experience working with enterprise realities, including self-hosted, air-gapped, and restricted deployments.
