Key Responsibilities

  • •Support sourcing initiatives to reduce material costs, improve supplier performance, and drive productivity across the supply chain.
  • •Lead supplier market analysis and ensure supplier qualification for RFQs.
  • •Facilitate and execute cost reduction projects and lead Cost-Out events.
  • •Lead site-specific negotiations and evaluate colleagues’ cost reduction proposals.
  • •Ensure materials are procured at lowest total cost per specifications and delivered on time, and maintain compliance with purchasing policies while exhibiting ethical behavior.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • •5 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement/Supply Chain.
  • •2–3+ years of project management experience.
  • •Proven leadership capability for project teams.
  • •Proficiency in negotiation skills and project management methodologies; knowledge of PPAP validation processes and legal contract negotiation/risk management.
