Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain portfolio visibility for your account’s full project set, spotting patterns early and ensuring internal alignment.
  • •Serve as the go-to contact for decision-makers, leading check-ins and monthly account reviews, and supporting QBRs and renewals.
  • •Represent the customer in city and AHJ meetings alongside the Permit Ops team when needed.
  • •Onboard new stakeholders as the account grows, including training internal customer team members and integrating outside collaborators.
  • •Act as the internal voice of the customer by translating account signals into clear input for internal teams and pushing process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of experience in project management, program management, or a related client-facing role.
