Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as go-to counsel and partner for teams building core AI models and products, advising on legal issues across model development, agentic workflows, and multimodal outputs.
  • •Identify, address, and design mitigations for AI-specific legal risks, including model behavior, output accuracy, IP, data provenance and training rights, and liability for AI-generated content.
  • •Develop and scale flexible legal processes, frameworks, and contract language for frontier AI development.
  • •Act as an internal expert on AI legal and policy matters and help shape positions on emerging AI regulation with external counsel, regulators, and industry groups.
  • •Support privacy impact assessments, model risk assessments, and data governance frameworks for AI training, fine-tuning, and deployment; partner on transparency, accountability, and human oversight.

Key Requirements
