Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain differentiated positioning and messaging for key product areas, ensuring consistency across website, sales collateral, campaigns, and executive communications.
  • •Lead end-to-end GTM strategy for major product launches, defining launch objectives, success metrics, and cross-functional plans anchored to commercial outcomes.
  • •Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, objection handling, demo narratives, ROI tools) and run training/competitive briefings; measure enablement effectiveness and improve assets.
  • •Design and run qualitative and quantitative customer research (win/loss interviews, surveys, persona studies) and own competitive intelligence to influence product strategy and roadmap priorities.
  • •Use AI tools and agents to accelerate competitive monitoring, win/loss synthesis, persona development, message testing, and brief/content generation; mentor more junior PMMs and raise PMM standards.
