Key Responsibilities

  • •Build in customer environments: create data pipelines, agents, and custom logic on top of the Tacto platform using production data.
  • •Own deployment technical work: extraction, mapping, validation, and enrichment until procurement teams can use the output.
  • •Work on site: run data workshops, debug alongside customer IT, and collaborate with key users to understand how procurement really happens.
  • •Turn edge learnings into product: document reusable patterns and push them to Product and Engineering instead of rebuilding one-offs.
  • •Automate your own deployment steps by building agents for repeatable parts of the workflow.

Key Requirements

  • •Built and shipped software, automations, agents, or technical projects relied on by real users.
  • •Comfortable writing code, especially Python and SQL, and using AI coding tools to move fast.
  • •Built with LLMs against real data and understand where agents work and where humans still matter.
  • •Can operate in messy environments with incomplete requirements, undocumented data, and conflicting stakeholders.
  • •0–4 years of experience with evidence of a steep learning curve through strong technical work in startups, internships, or projects built from zero.
