  • •Deliver outcomes for the Air Dominance & Strike Production organization.
  • •Create and communicate a clear vision for Manufacturing Operations, supporting it across AD&S Production.
  • •Manage the portfolio of manufacturing operations projects needed to achieve that vision.
  • •Own quality, on-time delivery, and cost for current and emerging programs.
  • •Coach and mentor Manufacturing Operations Managers and Production Supervisors while strengthening floor culture.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years managing manufacturing and production operations.
  • •3+ years in a supervisor or production operations management role at the Director level or above.
  • •3+ years of experience managing managers.
  • •Experience leading operator/technician workforces of 100+ within a direct organization.
  • •Full understanding of the product life cycle (NPI to scaled production), LEAN manufacturing principles, and change management.
