Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Artificial Lift (AL) installations, pullouts, routine checks, and troubleshooting under general supervision.
  • •Provide instruction and technical support to customer personnel on proper AL handling and operating procedures.
  • •Conduct basic well production analysis and repair, and perform tests including cable splicing and repairs.
  • •Prepare job paperwork, including IFTA reports and tracking billable/non-billable hours and mileage.
  • •Promote HSE compliance, maintain mechanical performance of field transportation truck, and train/mentor lower level technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •High school education or technical diploma (university degree preferred).
  • •3 to 8 years of experience in artificial lift operations, including ESP installations, pullouts, Y-tool, shrouds, and HPS.
  • •Ability to work a rotational schedule in remote locations in Kuwait (2 months on / 1 month off).
  • •Basic mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • •Basic reading comprehension and writing skills.
