Sanitation Manager

Lead implementation of the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program across the manufacturing plant, serving as the technical liaison between the plant, Headquarters, sanitation chemical supplier, and any third-party provider. Oversee night-shift sanitation activities, manage KHMS and sanitation standards, ensure compliance with cleaning/sanitation, pest control, and hygienic design requirements, and run audits plus cleaning verification/validation and environmental monitoring (including micro testing). Manage sanitation staff and the department budget, and drive continuous improvement through Six Sigma/Lean initiatives.
