Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and build ServiceNow solutions including Flow Designer workflows, business rules, UI policies, and Service Portal/UI Builder experiences across ITSM, HRSD, and CMDB.
  • •Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP, and help shape ServiceNow data and action exposure.
  • •Move Take Now Assist and Moveworks from pilot into production by configuring AI skills/agents, tuning with ticket data, and adding guardrails.
  • •Maintain quality through code reviews, unit testing, clean update sets, and smooth family upgrades.
  • •Document what you build to prevent reverse-engineering and support future developers.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years building on ServiceNow.
  • •Solid JavaScript skills with real fluency in the ServiceNow data model and Flow Designer.
  • •Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations and automation using REST/SOAP and IntegrationHub, including OAuth.
  • •Experience with ITSM plus at least one other module (HRSD, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM, etc.).
  • •Clear written and spoken communication.
