Senior Cost Engineer

Lead end-to-end cost management across major projects and portfolios, owning budgeting, forecasting, cost control, reporting, and financial performance. Analyze variances, develop EAC/ETC and cash flow forecasts, and integrate cost with schedule, risk, and contingency. Ensure compliance with project controls standards, review contract variations, and deliver executive cost insights while mentoring junior staff and improving cost-management systems and processes.
