Lead quality and safety assurance for construction projects tied to data center delivery. Represent the client by reviewing contracts, creating testing schedules, performing site walks, inspecting workmanship/materials, and preparing inspection and safety reports acceptable to government requirements. Maintain detailed project progress records, oversee punchlists and zero-defect walkthroughs, coordinate shutdown/outage procedures, and drive corrective actions when tests fail while ensuring contractors follow safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

•Represent the client by aligning activities with contract requirements and project deliverables.
•Review construction contracts and prepare written testing schedules; assist with safety reports and construction testing.
•Conduct periodic site walks for quality assurance, safety compliance, and project tracking; inspect workmanship, materials, and equipment.
•Maintain detailed written records of project progress, track defects/omissions, and perform punchlist oversight including zero defect walkthroughs.
•Lead project teams by assigning tasks, holding team members accountable, notifying leadership of test failures, and planning corrective actions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 75,000 - 125,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 4 years of related experience (or demonstrated equivalency through experience and/or education).
•Review construction contracts and develop a written testing schedule to meet contract and regulatory requirements.
•Strong understanding of construction contracts, quality control, and safety regulations, including OSHA requirements.
•Ability to communicate professionally, lead project teams, and maintain accurate written records of project progress.
•Preferred: Construction Quality Manager CCQM or USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) certification and 5 years in quality control or construction management; experience on Data Centers.
