Dispatch Specialist

Oversee and support daily freight deliveries by managing drivers from load-out through shift start. Plan routes in the system, handle driver calls for route support, and coordinate pickups and deliveries with distribution center teams. Assign routes daily, manage driver tools and gas cards, and schedule maintenance and roadside services. Occasionally assist with loading/unloading and complete other tasks as assigned, including weekend work.
