Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee drivers from load-out beginning the start of the shift.
  • •Plan routes using the dispatch system and assign routes to drivers daily.
  • •Respond to driver calls on routes and coordinate support needs.
  • •Communicate with distribution center team members to facilitate pickups and deliveries.
  • •Manage driver gas cards/tools and schedule maintenance and roadside service calls.
