Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Service product area end to end (the why, what, and how) reporting into the Client Operations domain product lead.
  • •Set long-term vision for how Service connects to Ebury’s wider operational platforms, not just how it runs today.
  • •Define outcomes and requirements for Engineering and drive high-quality delivery through the full cycle.
  • •Set and track Service success metrics, using data to prioritise and measure impact.
  • •Connect the service platform to wider operational systems using automation and AI, while staying grounded in support-operations context (cases, routing, SLAs).

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years in Product for a fintech or SaaS business launching and improving real products, or a strong operations/consulting background focused on process/service transformation.
  • •Systems thinking: understand how platforms and processes connect and design for the long term.
  • •Map manual processes and identify what can be simplified or automated over time.
  • •Comfort working with case-management/CRM platforms such as Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, or Intercom.
  • •Metric-driven approach: set baselines and targets and use numbers to decide what to build and measure impact.
