Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and manage procurement processes to ensure timely acquisition of goods and services at best possible value.
  • •Develop, communicate, and execute supply strategies; balance analysis and decisiveness in key sourcing decisions.
  • •Negotiate contracts with suppliers and optimize sourcing, supplier activity, and efficiencies using metrics, tools, and processes.
  • •Lead delivery of savings and operating cash flow programs in assigned categories, driving strategic sourcing operational excellence.
  • •Support HSE initiatives, participate in safety awareness, and contribute to incident reporting and resolution in alignment with company and IMS policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Thorough understanding of procurement principles, processes, and regulations to manage the procurement function effectively.
  • •Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable supplier terms, pricing, and maximize organizational value.
  • •Proficiency with procurement software/systems to streamline purchasing, track orders, and generate reports.
  • •ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills required to be successful in the role.
  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, with 3 years of relevant procurement experience (GCC experience is a plus).
