Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement the global total rewards framework and policies, ensuring alignment with AD Ports Group’s strategy and best practices.
•Manage external HR advisory firms for salary benchmarking, compensation structure reviews, and competitive market analysis.
•Analyze global compensation trends and regulatory changes to refine pay structures, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness.
•Provide insights on pay positioning, salary bands, and total rewards structures.
•Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans, ensuring competitiveness and consistency with global reward structures.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration; Master's degree is a plus
•Global Remuneration Professional Qualification (GRP) & Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology (JE) are essential
•Experience leading global total rewards frameworks and policies (collaboration with HR leadership)
•Ability to manage external HR advisory firms for benchmarking, market analysis and compensation design
•Proven ability to design and manage incentive plans and oversee salary review and bonus cycles
