Key Responsibilities

  • •Fill in on test and inspection functions and provide services as required by the Quality supervisor.
  • •Understand and perform quality assurance/quality control job classifications and special testing areas.
  • •Investigate offline test failures and offline non-routine testing, document non-conformances, and initiate corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • •Perform minor maintenance of test/inspection equipment (including calibrations) and maintain/order testing supplies.
  • •Train and support department personnel and assist the Quality supervisor with daily duties and limited supervisor responsibilities (including audits and inspection/log maintenance).

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • •Education in AC/DC fundamentals and/or electricity coursework, or at least 1 year of experience in electricity.
  • •Minimum of 2 years of Quality experience in Regulators Quality and/or Badger Transformers Quality.
  • •Capable of lift, bend, twist, grab, reach, stand, walk, push, pull, and use both hands to lift and lower materials (up to 50 lbs).
  • •Must live within a 50-mile radius of the work location; Eaton does not offer employment immigration sponsorship or relocation benefits for this position.
