Key Responsibilities

•Plan, organise, and direct the completion of specific HVAC projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
•Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
•Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
•Coordinate and manage teams of certified technicians as well as subcontractors and suppliers.
•Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure health and safety compliance, and perform quality control checks; prepare progress reports, risk assessments, and final project documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 23 - 43 hourly

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in HVAC, construction, or a related trade industry.
•Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and software.
•Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
•Desirable: knowledge of HVAC systems and industry regulations; relevant project management qualification is an advantage.
