Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the creative supply chain end to end, coordinating internal designers/editors, freelancers, UGC creators, and AI-generated assets while keeping production statuses up to date.
  • •Turn performance insights into briefs and briefs into creative to test, growing the network of UGC creators and production partners.
  • •Work hands-on with paid ad platforms (Meta, TikTok, ASA, Google, Moloco), keeping up with new products/features and adapting assets to each placement.
  • •Build tools and AI-powered workflows to speed up creative production, including naming conventions, asset libraries, tagging, and dashboards.
  • •Use AI and automation to scale variations and support localization (FR/EN) across the creative process.
