Job Summary

Lead governance and experience programs for TikTok Local Services’ US Dining marketplace. You’ll develop policies and data-driven strategies to reduce risks across merchants, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment, while improving customer, creator, and seller experience. Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a small team of governance & experience experts to set data-driven governance policies and strategies for US Dining.
•Reduce risks across merchant, listings, creators, content, and fulfillment to mitigate platform losses and incentive abuses.
•Define and implement processes to collect and manage user feedback and devise fulfillment and service experience strategies across customers, creators, and sellers.
•Formulate strategies to ensure a good business experience for merchants and creators while mitigating risks.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use data-driven/investigative methods to monitor ecosystem health and respond to emergencies and ad-hoc investigations.

Key Requirements

•5+ years driving data-driven governance and experience programs in O2O/local services, e-commerce, strategy consulting, operations management, or trust & safety contexts.
•3+ years managing a team.
•Bachelor’s degree (preferably quantitative: Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Analytics or related).
•Strategic thinking plus program management and communication skills to manage complex projects and influence cross-functional teams.
•Familiarity with O2O/e-commerce or online/offline local services, including governance, customer experience, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
