Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily operational HR services support for onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and employment contract management (country specific), including employee letters and employment certificates.
  • •Manage time and attendance, leave management, allowance changes, and leave tool management; may support country specific tools and systems.
  • •Oversee benefits administration/programs (medical/social benefits & claims, life and supplementary insurance, pension and allowances) and collaborate with HR and payroll to ensure pay item accuracy.
  • •Own records management for the entire employee population, maintaining both soft and hard copy records, and partner with HR and business functions.
  • •Streamline HR operations processes through continuous improvement, analyze HR data and reports, present findings to leadership, and support HR OPS projects for Poland.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Knowledge of local labor legislation.
  • •Excellent communication skills in Polish and English with strong customer orientation.
  • •High attention to detail, ability to work independently, and strong priority organization; adaptable to change.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
