Job Summary

Provide advanced application backline support for Blueflame AI, resolving complex technical issues escalated from customer success. Diagnose problems by analyzing platform logs and reviewing code when needed, troubleshoot advanced challenges, and document resolutions to improve the knowledge base. Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to identify bugs, recommend enhancements, and inform the product roadmap using support insights.

•Investigate and resolve complex technical issues escalated from customer success teams.
•Analyze platform logs (and review associated code when necessary) to diagnose problems.
•Troubleshoot advanced technical challenges to deliver timely, effective solutions.
•Document issues and resolutions to contribute to a continuous-improvement knowledge base.
•Work with Engineering and Product to identify bugs/enhancements and inform the product roadmap from support insights.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•3-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, preferably at a Tier 3 level.

•Experience with ticketing systems, especially Jira.
•Familiarity with APIs/integrations and log management tools such as Elasticsearch.
