Lead a North America BDR team in a player-coach capacity, owning the pipeline engine that drives revenue growth. Recruit, coach, and develop 6–15 BDRs while partnering with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to build world-class outbound and inbound motion. Drive adoption of AI-powered sales development tools to improve prospect research, personalization, outreach effectiveness, and funnel performance using systems like Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a BDR team (6–15) across outbound and inbound coverage in North America through structured 1:1s, call reviews, skills training, and career planning.
•Own pipeline contribution targets including qualified meetings, SAOs, and pipeline dollar value while driving outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up motions.
•Monitor and improve funnel metrics such as activity rates, conversion rates, average response times, and pipeline aging, partnering with RevOps for forecasting and CRM hygiene.
•Drive adoption and best practices for AI-powered sales development across the BDR organization using AI tools to improve prospect research, account prioritization, personalization, and outreach effectiveness.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Enablement, RevOps, and GTM Systems on campaign alignment, messaging/ICP targeting, playbooks, handoffs, and market/competitive intelligence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 190,000 - 230,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5–7+ years of BDR/SDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment, including 1–2 years in a team lead or management capacity.
•Demonstrated track record hitting/exceeding pipeline generation targets as an individual contributor and/or manager.
•Strong coaching skills to give direct, constructive feedback and develop early-career professionals.
•Proficiency with sales tools including Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Outreach or Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and intent data tools (e.g., Bombora).
•Data-driven mindset with strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
