Key Responsibilities

•Drive safety, operational excellence, and financial performance by establishing clear goals and a plant vision.
•Manage daily operations using KPIs across materials, quality, machining, assembly, shipping/receiving, and warehousing.
•Lead transformational change aligned with business unit strategies and champion Lean-based continuous improvement.
•Strengthen the plant quality system to improve customer satisfaction, DPPM, first-pass yield, and warranty performance.
•Own the annual operating plan and oversee maintenance, facilities, manufacturing engineering, and capital projects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration; Master’s preferred.
•7–10+ years of operations experience across materials management, machining, assembly, or quality.
•5+ years of direct plant management experience in a multi-product industrial or automotive manufacturing environment.
•Experience leading materials transformation; ERP implementation experience preferred.
•Lean principles, strong customer focus, financial/operational execution, and demonstrated team development and change management capabilities.
