Key Responsibilities

  • •Service inbound calls to help customers file disputes or check the status of previously filed disputes.
  • •Accurately file dispute claims per bank policies and regulatory requirements, capturing required account and transaction information for decisioning.
  • •Maintain detailed, accurate records of customer interactions and dispute filings using computer systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
  • •Conduct initial risk assessment of account and transaction data and ensure compliance with UCC and Regulation E/Z.
  • •De-escalate dissatisfied customers and escalate trends, complaints, and process/policy concerns to appropriate leadership or teams.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of experience in disputes, fraud, banking, or a related field (preferred).
  • •An associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution skills.
  • •Strong oral and written communication skills for internal and external customers.
  • •Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure to meet regulatory deadlines.
