Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop new projects and features to improve and maintain software applications on Linux platforms.
  • •Build backend services and user interfaces, including a web service for remote access and control of electrical devices via a browser.
  • •Deploy and support applications on Linux, including implementation and maintenance of security measures (firewalls, encryption, authentication, authorization).
  • •Collaborate using Agile/Sprint Planning, and participate in Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives as needed.
  • •Manage code quality and delivery by following QoS processes, reviewing/approving GitLab merges, and tracking tickets in Redmine; mentor less experienced team members.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience as an embedded software developer.
  • •Solid knowledge modifying the Linux kernel and working on Linux platforms.
  • •Solid knowledge in Python, plus ability to work with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • •Knowledge of C and experience with Flask and/or Vue.js are desirable.
  • •Knowledge of security and networking concepts (e.g., TCP, Modbus, DNS, SSL/TLS, LDAP, RBAC) and experience with Docker deployments are desirable.
