Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement enterprise-grade low-code no-code (LCNC) solutions with scalability and security in mind.
  • •Lead Salesforce FSC architecture design, including Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration patterns.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional/product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • •Govern LCNC development through governance frameworks and ensure project alignment with enterprise standards.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship, driving best practices in integration, security, and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience: 12-15 years in Salesforce-focused roles, with strong domain knowledge in financial services.
  • •Strong Salesforce architecture experience including Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools.
  • •Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • •Experience designing and developing customer/loan/broker onboarding and loan servicing solutions in Salesforce FSC.
  • •Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware; ability to design LCNC solutions with scalability and security in mind.
