Key Responsibilities

•Design and implement enterprise-grade low-code no-code (LCNC) solutions with scalability and security in mind.
•Lead Salesforce FSC architecture design, including Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration patterns.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional/product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
•Govern LCNC development through governance frameworks and ensure project alignment with enterprise standards.
•Provide technical leadership and mentorship, driving best practices in integration, security, and performance.

Key Requirements

•Experience: 12-15 years in Salesforce-focused roles, with strong domain knowledge in financial services.
•Strong Salesforce architecture experience including Apex, LWC, Flow, and declarative tools.
•Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
•Experience designing and developing customer/loan/broker onboarding and loan servicing solutions in Salesforce FSC.
•Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and middleware; ability to design LCNC solutions with scalability and security in mind.
