Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end strategic ownership of the Logistics as a Service (LaaS) vertical, scaling operations with major partners in Kazakhstan.
  • •Strategically lead and manage 3PL partners, shifting them toward proactive, high-performing fleet management for courier acquisition, retention, and compliance.
  • •Improve partner operations excellence by optimizing partner-level performance bottlenecks such as preparation time and avoidable waiting time (aWT) of couriers.
  • •Operate with high autonomy: identify process issues, establish operational protocols, and execute rapid mitigations during high saturation or seasonal crises.
  • •Own commercial and operational negotiations with major accounts, distributors, and external providers to secure cost savings and improve bottom-line P&L.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration or similar).
  • •2–4 years of project management experience in high-velocity operational environments such as foodtech, quick-commerce, retail logistics, or on-demand express delivery.
  • •Strong ability to handle external vendors, respond to structural pushbacks, and build long-term contractual frameworks.
  • •Data-driven mindset with analytical skills to make decisions using data and business judgment.
