Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage cost plans, estimates, budgets, and forecasts across project stages.
  • •Monitor project costs and provide commercial advice to support key project decisions.
  • •Support tendering, including tender analysis, commercial evaluations, and contractor recommendations, and assist with procurement strategy for CSA/MEP trade packages.
  • •Manage contract administration activities such as variations, change orders, contractor claims, and review contractor payment applications.
  • •Prepare monthly cost reports and cash flow forecasts, track expenditure vs budgets, and identify commercial risks and mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •5–10 years of cost management experience within construction projects.
  • •Strong experience in either CSA packages (structure, architectural, façade, fit-out, building envelope) or MEP packages (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, building services).
  • •Experience in advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, industrial, data centre, or mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
  • •Strong pre-contract and post-contract cost management, including procurement, cost reporting, and contract administration.
