Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop project quality policy, objectives, and quality plan aligned with project scope and execution strategy.
  • •Manage and resource the QA/QC organization, including budget and interfaces with outsourced quality activities.
  • •Prepare and implement project audits/monitoring schedules, and ensure QA/QC specifications are included in supplier/contractor scope.
  • •Validate and approve the QMS, vendor/EPC QA/QC plans, and inspection and test plans to ensure conformity during execution.
  • •Establish QA/QC KPIs and performance reporting, lead investigations into quality concerns, and support lessons learned and close-out activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Master’s degree in management (or equivalent).
  • •20+ years of experience in the oil & gas sector, including PMC or EPC Quality Manager experience on large projects.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Experience developing and implementing QA/QC plans, audits, and quality KPI reporting for major projects.
