•Support Core Accounting Operations – Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring suspense accounts are cleared accurately and on time.
•Maintain High-Quality Financial Records – Update and reconcile ledgers, journals, and accounting documents, helping maintain the integrity and reliability of financial information for the Japan entity.
•Contribute to Monthly & Quarterly Closing – Prepare supporting schedules and assist in meeting internal deadlines, gaining hands-on experience in essential closing activities.
•Prepare Reports and Audit Documentation – Compile data for internal reports and support audit preparation, building foundational skills in compliance and financial governance.
•Enable Collaboration Across Teams & Borders – Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless communication, while engaging with overseas finance teams to align on global standards and best practices.
