Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee and support execution of key operational and visual processes to keep the store customer-ready.
  • •Investigate and root cause inventory accuracy issues, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data.
  • •Lead and develop the Operations and Visual team, driving KPI and results-driven communication.
  • •Collaborate with the General/Store Manager to manage budgeting, reporting, and planning needs to protect optimal performance.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
  • •Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be available for opening/closing and weekend shifts.
