•Lead and develop the Operations and Visual team, driving KPI and results-driven communication.
•Collaborate with the General/Store Manager to manage budgeting, reporting, and planning needs to protect optimal performance.

•Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be available for opening/closing and weekend shifts.
