Drive customer engagement and deliver premium sales at the duty free store at Zurich Airport. Actively consult international guests, meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, and grow revenue through effective upselling and cross-selling. Ensure excellent customer experiences via expert service, maintain attractive product presentation and availability, support inventory activities, and follow company, quality, and safety standards.

•Sell premium products (chocolate, spirits & wine, and cigars) professionally.
•Use targeted cross-selling and upselling to increase revenue.
•Maintain attractive product presentation and optimal availability, support inventory, and follow company, quality, and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Relevant sales experience is required.
•Strong sales talent with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
•Experience in active customer consulting and add-on selling is advantageous.
•Good English skills are required; German at least level B2 (spoken) is required.
•Professional, well-groomed appearance and high customer/service orientation.
