Key Responsibilities

  • •Assemble, wire, and modify components for medium- and high-voltage indoor and outdoor assemblies, including breaker and auxiliary compartments and power modules.
  • •Work from manufacturing information and electrical/mechanical drawings, sketches, and instructions to follow established procedures.
  • •Complete ISO, quality, customer, and production checklists and forms as required, supporting supervision, drafting, customer service, and engineering.
  • •Mount/install electrical equipment, perform wiring operations, inspect assemblies for secure hardware and complete components, and ensure cleanliness standards.
  • •Respond to change notices and customer-requested adjustments and support engineering/drafting activities, including training and coaching colleagues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • •Skilled in the safe and efficient use of hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools.
  • •Eaton does not provide immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
  • •No relocation assistance; only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered.
  • •Proficiency with standard computer applications (Microsoft Outlook and Teams) and job-specific systems such as ENOVIA.
