Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles to customers’ doors using custom car haulers and receive training for hauler operation.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles remain safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work assigned shifts (7 days/week with rotating days off) and meet role-specific local requirements in your first weeks/months.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • •Obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within the first 90 days (process sponsored by Carvana).
  • •Be able to satisfy state-specific requirements related to access DMV/title and registration systems.
  • •Pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card; also meet physical requirements for loading/unloading and driving (8+ hours; ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs).
