•Drive agile and DevSecOps practices, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and continuous improvement to optimize delivery speed, quality, and resilience.
•Ensure GenAI/Agentic AI integrations follow data governance, model explainability, and financial regulatory compliance standards.
•Own system architecture decisions for complex products, including interpreting investigations and aligning requirements to system designs and business strategy.
•Provide technical leadership for major incidents and set standards for monitoring, debugging, automation, and code review across multiple teams.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 13+ years of relevant work experience.
•12+ years with a Bachelor’s degree, or 8-10 years with an advanced degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD), or 6+ years with a PhD.
•Strong proficiency in modern stacks (frontend, backend, cloud) with experience in performance optimization, data security, and data modeling.
•Experience with GenAI/LLM-enabled application patterns (e.g., RAG, prompt/tool orchestration, evaluation, observability) and role-based access control for sensitive data/PII.
•Experience delivering HR, employee-facing, or enterprise workflow solutions and collaborating with Product, UX, QA, DevOps/SRE, and Agile/Scrum teams.
