Support Total Rewards (compensation and benefits) activities by handling inquiries from both vendors and employees. Assist with reviewing agreements with partners and help build benefits agreements and the benefits catalog. Coordinate vendor follow-ups and logistics for partner visits, maintain a monthly partner visit plan, and help organize monthly or quarterly online talks on new or existing benefits in close collaboration with the HR team.
