Key Responsibilities

  • •Own verification strategy and execution for Infinity Fabric and Data Fabric subsystems, covering planning through signoff.
  • •Drive the verification lifecycle including methodology, environment development, coverage closure, debug, and signoff.
  • •Champion verification innovation using advanced methodologies, automation, formal verification, AI/ML-assisted verification, and scalable infrastructure.
  • •Build, lead, and develop a high-performing verification organization, coaching and mentoring future leaders.
  • •Partner with architecture, design, software, emulation, and program management to define plans, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation while driving predictable execution.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 8,005,620 - 11,436,600 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in design verification with a strong portion in technical and people leadership.
  • •Proven track record leading large verification teams across complex CPU, GPU, SoC, interconnect, networking, or ASIC programs from concept through tape-out.
  • •Deep expertise in SystemVerilog and UVM, including functional coverage, random-constrained verification, assertions, and formal verification.
  • •Ability to define verification architecture/methodology and drive debug and root-cause analysis for complex integrated products.
  • •Experience delivering multi-die or highly integrated SoC products and working effectively across global engineering organizations.
