Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute smooth Bazel migrations and support Bazel ecosystems with engineering expertise.
  • •Develop high-quality open-source and internal solutions tailored to Bazel.
  • •Support pre-sales activities and provide strategic technical consultancy.
  • •Develop and deliver training sessions and mentor engineering teams if comfortable.
  • •Promote Bazel expertise through technical conferences, meetups, blog posts, and social media channels.

Key Requirements

  • •Track record developing solutions around build tools and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines or optimizing SDLC processes.
  • •Strong expertise in Bazel (preferred) or other build tools.
  • •Experience working in at least one software ecosystem such as JVM, Rust, Go, TypeScript, C++, or similar.
  • •Excellent communication skills with a pragmatic approach to solving technical problems.
  • •Proactive approach to resolving blockers and collaborating on technical alignment; public speaking/technical blogging/mentoring is a strong asset.
