Job Summary

Partner with regional sales teams to qualify enterprise leads, uncover client pain points, and build technical solutions that drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

•Partner with regional sales teams to qualify leads, identify client pain points, and create technical solutions that deliver business results.
•Lead enterprise client engagements end-to-end from pre-sales solutioning to project implementation, including demos, presentations, RFI/RFP, architecture workshops, and POC delivery.
•Serve as a trusted advisor to product teams and articulate feature requests to shape short- and long-term product roadmap.
•Provide thought leadership and deep industry knowledge across multiple cloud and ML products.
•Maintain post-sales solution support and drive upsell/cross-sell with account executives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or above.
•At least 5 years of related experience, preferably as a solution architect or pre-sales solution engineer.
•Deep understanding of AI solutions on public cloud, including LLM applications, agentic AI paradigms, and AI infrastructure for inference acceleration (e.g., vLLM, sglang).
•Experience with traditional ML applications such as ML recommenders, computer vision, and NLP.
•Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
