Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all aspects of engineering operations at LAX, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and Qantas requirements.
  • •Provide leadership to maintenance and support teams and drive operational performance, continuous improvement, safety, and quality outcomes.
  • •Oversee routine and technically complex aircraft maintenance activities, including major operational disruptions across multiple shifts and crews.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company requirements (including CASA and FAA) while overseeing contractor performance and workforce planning.
  • •Manage accountability for production, on-time performance, resource management, and service delivery to support safe and reliable network operations.
