Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the station project roadmap and report progress to the site leader.
  • •Ensure timely closure of the Peak Readiness Playbook and provide inputs to the Network Control Manager.
  • •Lead a continuous improvement culture using regular Kaizen, Gemba, and other activities.
  • •Provide day-to-day support during rollout/implementation of newer systems/processes and gather feedback.
  • •Support day-to-day management leadership for shift managers, operations supervisors, operations assistants, and delivery service providers; manage external agency relationships and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years of program or project management experience.
  • •1+ years of experience with Program Management.
  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
  • •Experience working with performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques (2+ years).
  • •Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
