Key Responsibilities

  • •Represent HR needs on the Philippines leadership teams and translate business direction into strategic and tactical HR plans.
  • •Develop and execute people strategy and planning to drive organizational and people effectiveness.
  • •Lead and integrate the Philippines HR team and collaborate with global HR Centres of Excellence to deliver local agendas.
  • •Ensure compliance with labor laws, implement global/local HR policies, and manage employee relations casework including investigations and disciplinary actions.
  • •Partner with Talent Acquisition and Early Careers for talent pipeline, succession planning, performance coaching, and learning & development initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree and professional qualification in HR or a related field.
  • •Extensive hands-on HR generalist experience providing operational and strategic support in a global, matrixed organization.
  • •Strong knowledge and experience of local labor laws and employee relations.
  • •Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively in a dynamic, international environment.
  • •Strong personal integrity and ability to handle highly confidential information.
