Head of HR , Philippines

Lead the HR agenda across the Philippines as the senior-most HR leader in-country, reporting to the Global HR Director in Singapore and supporting the regional SEA leadership team. Own people strategy and workforce planning, integrate and lead the local HR team with global HR COEs, and drive culture focused on diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing. Ensure labor-law compliance, manage employee relations, and partner with talent acquisition and early careers for pipeline, succession, and learning initiatives.
