Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direction and support to reports and foster effective working relationships with employees.
  • •Supervise and lead safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee engagement to meet targets.
  • •Develop and ensure preventative maintenance programs are followed and aligned with budgeted cost targets.
  • •Coordinate planned crew work to meet both maintenance and production targets while adhering to quality standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of maintenance and leadership experience in industrial manufacturing.
  • •10 years of experience as a maintenance or electrical technician, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.

  • •Knowledge of an electronic-based maintenance program is an asset; lumber manufacturing experience is an asset.
