Key Responsibilities

  • •Build baseline CPM schedules from drawings, specs, estimates, bid packages, and construction sequences (WBS, activity coding, logic, calendars, constraints).
  • •Maintain the live schedule by collecting progress and updating percent complete, remaining duration, and logic on a regular cadence.
  • •Own the critical path by identifying near-critical work, float erosion, and out-of-sequence progress and explaining end-date changes.

  • •Resource-load/cost-load the schedule, flag crew stacking and craft shortages, and support planning sessions and pull-planning commitments by converting them into CPM logic.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years using Oracle Primavera P6 with knowledge of multiple calendars, filters, and schedule quality checks (open ends, negative float, SS/FF constraints).
