Job Summary

Lead manual testing for multiple concurrent projects within the IT Commercial Technology group, planning and coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT), DR, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Create and execute test strategy documents, test strategy/plan materials, integration test cases, scripts, and defect-metrics reporting. Partner with development, SMEs, project managers, and technical PMs to build test environments, drive defect resolution, and validate system quality during implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Plan and coordinate testing across multiple projects, creating and executing test strategy documents for Commercial Operations systems.
•Create test strategy/plan documents with development, SMEs, and business to ensure coverage of acceptance criteria.
•Develop systems integration test cases and test scripts.
•Support UAT with business segment testers by ensuring user criteria are defined, test data is available, and defects/results are documented and addressed.
•Create and deliver testing estimates and metrics, report daily/weekly status, and partner with PMs to drive defect resolution and validate system quality in production implementations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance testing experience and meeting facilitation experience.
•Bachelor's degree.
•Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), DR, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
•Test tool experience including Test Management (Quality Center), automation, and defect tracking.
•Knowledge of test data requirements, planning, and conditioning for complex test scenarios.
